1) To increase awareness of RWN, specifically by professional women of color.
2) To increase the enrollment of professional women of color in RWN.
3) To increase the participation of professional women of color in RWN.
4) To establish mentoring/working and transcultural opportunities for all
women in the network.
5) To continue to encourage ALL women to join and participate in RWN.
6) To establish more collaborations (like the one we have with NAWBO) with
other women's organizations (for e.g., Latinas Unidas).
7) To be sure the network is meeting the needs of all our members, including
the "enhanced" members (advocates, mentors, and patrons).
8) To increase the visibility of women of color in our programs.
