The Up and Coming Businesswomen's Awards Luncheon continues to be the centerpiece of the day's events. RWN's prestigious Businesswomen's Awards are presented annually to local women who have worked full-time in their current career fields for fewer than 10 years and who have successfully demonstrated their professional influence in that field through accomplishments, career growth, advancement, innovative and creative thinking and initiative at work and in the community.
